Chief Operations Officer, Global IT Support Service
Craig Friedl joined Intelliteach in 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for the IT Support Services division. Mr. Friedl oversees approximately 200 Help Desk and Document Handling employees across three locations – Atlanta, St. Louis, and London, and serves as the key point of contact for clients in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Intelliteach, Mr. Friedl had amassed over 16 years of Contact Center Operations experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, he served as Corporate Director of Business Operations at Clear Harbor, a Business Process Outsourcer. Mr. Friedl also held senior level positions within the travel sector as Sr. Director of Business Operations with Expedia, Inc., and as Director of Contact Center Operations with TRX, Inc. In addition to his experience in customer service operations, Mr. Friedl has an entrepreneurial drive that has led him to launch, and subsequently sell, two businesses in the service industry, as well as a non-profit organization to advocate for orphaned children.
Mr.Friedl attended Colorado Mesa University and holds certifications in Finance for Executives, IVR Design (speech recognition), and Six Sigma Lean.
